All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review sizing and product details carefully before purchase.
All custom orders fall under this policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please note, the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
-Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 72 hours of your purchase. The processing time does not include Weekends and National Holidays.
-Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
-Shipped Orders: Delivery times may vary based on the quantity of items, carrier shipping practices, method of delivery and delivery location.

-How to purchase: Contact me through email or Instagram to enquire about placing a custom order. When we both agree upon the custom order, I will create a custom order product option on my site for you to purchase.
-Processing time: We aim to hand make your custom order and process it within 1-3 weeks of your purchase.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to over 180 countries & territories. Please note that a few destinations may be unavailable due to postal restrictions.
Any delivery address provided in a language other than English will be translated to the best of our ability before shipping. We will reach out to confirm the details whenever possible. If verification is not possible and the package cannot be delivered, we will not be held responsible for any failed delivery.
Any address that is filled out incorrectly will not be covered if it is lost.
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. While we carefully package every item, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed shipments. We highly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking so you can follow your order and have peace of mind.
IMPORT, CUSTOM FEES AND DUTIES
International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the price or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.
